Commitment to Christ = Peace

“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?” (Matthew 6:25, TNIV).

 

“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well” (Matthew 6:33, TNIV).

 

Are you consumed with planning for the future? Relative to the time you spend fretting and planning for your next vacation, your children’s education, your retirement, etc., how much time do you spend seeking “His kingdom” and “His righteousness” and trusting him to provide the rest?
